Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dynamiq Concept (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares your personal information when you use our website and services — including our photography & videography bookings and our data/airtime shop.

We comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Password (stored as a one-way bcrypt hash — we never see your real password)

When you book a session

  • Name, email, phone number
  • Event date and location
  • Service selected and any notes you provide

When you place a shop order

  • The beneficiary phone number for delivery
  • Network selected
  • Order details (items, quantities, amount)

Payment information

Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your card or Mobile Money details. We only receive a confirmation that the payment succeeded, the amount, and a reference code.

Automatic information

  • Anonymous page-visit data (via Vercel Analytics)
  • IP address (used briefly for rate-limiting abusive requests)
  • Standard server logs (request times, errors)

2. How we use your information

  • To deliver the service you booked or the order you placed
  • To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, order receipts, password resets)
  • To respond to your messages and inquiries
  • To improve our website and services
  • To comply with our legal and tax obligations (e.g., Ghana Revenue Authority record-keeping)

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.

3. Who we share your data with

We share only what each service needs to function:

  • Paystack — to process payments (your email and the amount)
  • Resend — to send you transactional emails
  • Hubtel — to send SMS notifications when configured
  • Supabase — our database and image-storage provider
  • Vercel — our hosting provider and anonymous analytics
  • Upstash — stores only IP addresses briefly (for rate-limiting), no other personal data

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We choose providers with strong security practices.

We will disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect against fraud or abuse of our services.

4. Cookies

We use two types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies — to keep you signed in and remember your cart. Without these the site cannot function.
  • Anonymous analytics cookies — Vercel Analytics measures aggregate page views. No personally identifying data is sent.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Your account: until you ask us to delete it
  • Order and booking records: 7 years, to comply with Ghana Revenue Authority record-keeping requirements
  • Server logs: 30 days
  • Rate-limit IP addresses: 1 hour

6. Your rights

Under Act 843 you have the right to:

  • Know what personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your account and associated personal data (subject to retention requirements above)
  • Object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission of Ghana

7. Security

We protect your data with:

  • HTTPS encryption on every page
  • Bcrypt-hashed passwords (we cannot read your password, even ourselves)
  • Rate-limiting on public endpoints to prevent abuse
  • Verified webhook signatures from Paystack (constant-time comparison)

No internet system is 100% secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Commission as required by law.

8. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on our website. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version.
