Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Dynamiq Concept website and services. By accessing the site, creating an account, booking a session, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who we are

Dynamiq Concept operates two services from the same website:

  • A photography and videography studio offering bookable sessions, accessed at the root of the site.
  • A data bundles and airtime shop, accessed at /shop.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our services. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity that happens through your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Photography & videography bookings

  • Inquiry vs. confirmation. Submitting a booking form creates an inquiry. A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted it and (where applicable) received your deposit.
  • Date availability. Calendar dates may show as available right up to the moment another client books — first paid booking wins.
  • Deposit and payment terms. You may pay in full, pay a configured deposit, or submit an inquiry and pay later. Deposit percentage is shown on the booking form at checkout.
  • Deliverables. The number of edited photos, video length, and turnaround time depend on the package you selected. Turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Usage rights. Final photos and videos are licensed to you for personal and limited promotional use. We retain copyright and may include selected images in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing before the session.
  • Right to refuse. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion (with a full refund of any payment received).

5. Data & airtime shop

  • Delivery. Data bundles and airtime are typically delivered to the beneficiary phone number within 20 minutes to 4 hours, depending on the network.
  • You provide the beneficiary number. Once data or airtime is delivered to the phone number you provided, it cannot be reversed. Double-check the number and network before paying.
  • Reseller, not network operator. We are a reseller. We are not MTN, AirtelTigo, or Telecel. Network-side issues (signal, congestion, restrictions on your line) are outside our control.

6. Payments & fees

  • Payments are processed by Paystack. Available methods include card and Mobile Money.
  • All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
  • Paystack's transaction fee (1.95% in Ghana) is added to the amount you pay so you see the total before authorising. We do not earn additional revenue from this fee.

7. Refunds & cancellations

8. Intellectual property

All website content, logos, portfolio images, and copy are the property of Dynamiq Concept or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any content without our written permission, except as needed to view the site for personal, non-commercial use.

9. User content

Testimonials, reviews, and any other content you submit may be displayed publicly on our site. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, edit for clarity, and display it.

10. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or data
  • Send automated traffic, scrape, or attempt to overload the service
  • Submit fraudulent or stolen payment information
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Place orders or bookings with no intention of completing them

11. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we aim for high reliability, we don't guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Ghana law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, attempt fraud, or otherwise harm our service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

14. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved first by good-faith discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, they may be brought before the competent courts of Ghana.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
